چکیده
|
The purpose of this study was to evaluate readiness of the principals of high schools in Kurdistan province in the school year 2013-2014 to implement Total Quality Management (TQM). The research method was descriptive survey. Statistical population of this study was all high schools' principals and assistants of Kurdistan province. The number of the sample was 300 people selected through simple random sampling by the use of Morgan’s table. Data have been gathered using attitude questionnaires. Chi- square test was run to analyze descriptive statistics indices: mean, median, standard deviation and inferential statistics. Findings indicated that principals of Kurdistan province’s high schools were ready to implement TQM.
