چکیده In this research, curcumin-loaded nanocarriers were synthesized using a microfluidic chip designed by SolidWorks program and fabricated with a laser device on poly(methyl methacrylate) polymer [1]. For the synthesis of nanocarriers, alginate as a pH-sensitive water- based polymer and cellulose acetate were used as a substrate for self-assembly and loading of the hydrophobic anti-cancer drug curcumin, and optimal concentrations of the aforementioned substances were introduced into the chip from several inputs [2, 3]. And by performing loading calculations, 35% drug loading was obtained, then the synthesized material was characterized by FT-IR, DLS, SEM and TEM methods, and the synthesized carriers were analyzed by DLS analysis. The result was that the size of the particles was 267 nm, and according to the sensitivity of the synthesized nanocarrier to pH, in the studies conducted in the release test at different pHs, it showed that the release rate of the drug increases in acidic pHs. Synthesis was performed on MCF7 cell line related to breast cancer. The IC50 value of nanocarrier containing drug was 53.1 µg/mL. Also, the results showed that the drug-free nanocarrier does not cause significant toxicity, which indicates the biocompatibility of the synthesized nanocarrier.
