چکیده Composite membranes form a charming category of membrane based gas separaion processes. This can be mainly due to the arbitrary choices of filler among a vast range of very seductive materials in gas separtions. Since self-sanding membrane fabrication from fillers matrials is often laborious and expenditure consuming process, their insertion into a polymer matrix can be a trustworthy way to examine them in various separations [1]. Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) are a great class of fillers which have been extensively studied in this field. One the most important virtus of MOF for being incorporated in polymer matrix is compatibility of organic bridges of MOFs with organic nature of the polymers. The inorganic fillers are deprived from such interactions [2,3]. In this regard, two Ti-based MOFs, MIL-125 and NH2-MIL-125, are inserted into PEBA matrix to be explored in CO2/N2 separation. The prepared MOFs and composites membranes are characterized by XRD, SEM, TGA and FT-IR. The membranes are also identified by stress-strain mechanical test and DSC analysis. PEBA/NH2-MIL-125 indicates CO2 permeability of 341.13 Barrer with CO2/N2 selectivity of 50. These values are 269.31 Barrer and 25.26 for PEBA/MIL-125.
