چکیده Introduction Innovation activities are proper method for increasing: competition, diversity of activates in organizations, that is a crucial achievement in 21st century. On the other hand, innovation performance is one of the needs of the world full of change. Unity and alignment of all components of the organization and especially goals of strategic is important. Therefore, the purpose of the current research was to prediction of innovation performance based on strategic alignment in sports boards of Lorestan province. Methodology This survey was descriptive-correlational research. The statistical population of the study was all sports board’s employees of Lorestan province (260 people) that 162 people who were selected through random sampling based on Karjesi and Morgan's table. For collecting data, questionnaire of innovative performance of Huang and Lee (2018), and strategic alignment of Sardana (2016) were used. Questionnaires validity were confirmed by 12 sports management professors and their reliability coefficients were found through Cronbach's alpha to be 0/75, and 0/88 respectively. Data were analyzed by using regression test and SPSS 26 software. Result The result show that average age of employees was 38.27±6.46. The number of men 102 (0.63%) and the number of women were 60 (0.37%) people. The result show that there is a linear and significant relationship between variables (F=56/323, p<0.001). Coefficient of R adjust is 0.256, therefore 25.6 % of innovation performance changes will predict through strategic alignment. So, Linear regression equation of innovation performance based on strategic alignment is as below equation: Innovation performance= 10.341+0.206 (strategic alignment) Above equation show that if the strategic alignment variable control, innovation performance will equal to 10.341. Furthermore, if be a unit of change in strategic alignment, it will lead to 0.206 unit of changes in innovation performance. Conclusion According to the results
