چکیده	For assessing the seismic performance of structures, just one intensity measure is typically used; but, only one earthquake parameter cannot be a reliable indicator of the earthquake power. This study reveals the impact of each parameter on the earthquake power and establishes a framework to sort the earthquakes regarding their powers estimated through the parameters. Fuzzy logic is used to infer the earthquake powers. The results indicate that different parameters should be considered to report an earthquake as a more destructive earthquake. Also, the contribution of each parameter to the destructive power is quantifiable
