Communication is the most important issue of information transfer. Therefore, effective coordination between the project participants is essential to achieve the project goals. The weak system and the lack of proper communication between project agents and the lack of accurate and complete transmission of information creates many problems. This research suggested using electronic tools to solve this problem. The electronic tools used in this research to build electronic communication in the site are QR Code tags, electronic CKiosks, smartphone GPS and smartphone cameras. These tools enhance safety, reduce construction costs, and improve build quality.
