چکیده
|
Workforce agility is a prerequisite for achieving agile manufacturing, and organizational agility. However, there’s no studies considered workforce agility from attitudinal perspective which indicates an individual’s intention to behavior agilely. Given that behavior is reasonable and perceived control effects on it, a theoretical model of workforce agility based on the Ajzen’s theory of planned behavior is presented in this research to explain the causes of agile workforce behavior.
