The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of dividend profits on investment performance of stock market companies. The method for data collecting in this research is library method. Also, some parts of data about the research variables were extracted from the stock indexes, the Stock Exchange Library, and the financial statements of the members of the Stock Exchange, and some other information was also extracted through corporate financial statements and notes. To explain the relationship between independent and dependent variables, multivariate regression models by Eviews8 software have been used. Also, to explain the estimation of the coefficients of independent variables in relation to the associated regression and advanced compound econometric method (panel), it has been used. The results of the research show that dividend profits have a positive and significant effect on the investment performance of the listed companies in Tehran, but are not affected size of the company and the financial leverage on investment efficiency of the companies.
