عنوان	Study of the Relationship between Total Quality Management and Financial Performance of Companies Listed in Tehran Stock Exchange

چکیده	The main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between each principles of total quality management (hereafter TQM) with the financial performance of companies listed in Tehran stock exchange. This is a descriptive survey. Participants of this study included all managers of listed companies in Tehran stock exchange. Information of all companies is available on Tehran stock exchange’s company website. 460 companies are in Tehran stock exchange list. Due to the limited and specified participants’ size, Morgan table was used to determine sample size which is 210 companies from 460 companies. By using simple random sampling, 210 questionnaires were distributed. In this study, the researcher-made questionnaire was used for measuring the variables. Ultimately SPSS software was used in descriptive and inferential statistics parts for data analysis. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the principles of TQM and financial performance of companies listed in Tehran stock exchange with 95% confidence level.
