چکیده
|
Regarding major scattering mechanisms like Coulomb impurity, optical phonon and acoustic deformation potential scatterings, the carrier mobility in one dimensional nanostructures such as nanowires has been investigated. Comparing the calculated results with recent experimental data shows a reasonable agreement between them. The change of the dielectric surrounding 1D nanowire and its effect on the carrier mobility enhancement of this structure is also investigated.
