چکیده This article synthesizes literature that compares the phonological awareness and reading ability in children with Down Syndrome acompanyed by developing group in each tudy. The CMA2 software was used to analyse and calculate the effect size. 23 studies met the criteria for the meta-analysis, yielding 36 effect sizes with an overall effect size of 0.795for fixed effect model and 0.818 for random effect size model
