چکیده	The aim of current study is investigating effect of two kind of warm up on anaerobic power of elite athletic that athletics’ maximum anaerobic power measure with Rast test. 14 elite athletics in current study did PAP warm up protocol and Rast test. Data analysis showed that Rast test after ordinary warm up and executive protocol of sled towing cause significant difference between Rast test alone and Rast test after PAP (P=0.05). But it seems better results obtain after warm up with sled towing and warm up with uses sled towing cause improvement in athletics’ maximum anaerobic power than ordinary warm up.
