The encouraging to science and supporting of scientists are signs of the best society or the best Ommah . As says the Holy Quran. Islam world is honoured by having many famous scholars in theology, mathematics, philosophy, medicine, chemistry, physics, literature and other basic sciences. In every century one of these scholars came to living and opened the doors of happiness in front of all people. Ibncina, known in the west by the name of “Avicenna”, he was the most famous phyisician, philsopher. No deliberation on the science of philosophy. Logic, medicine, theology can be completed without reference to Ibncina. Abu Ali- Hussein Ibn Abdullah Incline was born in (981C.E.) near Bukhara, Uz. Later he moved to Iran, Ray, Hamedan .He wrote his book: “ Al_Qanun ”(Ghanon) in medicine, when he was living in Hamedan finally he died in (1037 C.E.) And his tomb is in historical city Hamedan in Iran. Although, it is passed over 1000 years from his death, but we are observing every Islamic country according "Avicenna’s living geography or his eternal thoughts, take a meeting or worldly conference for his greatness.
