چکیده	Most of the proposed approaches for modeling Emergency Facility Location Problem (EFLP) are based on a critical parameter called Coverage Radius (CR). In this paper we propose a Bayesian Network (BN) approach for estimation of CR. BNs provide a framework in which the decision maker has a causal structure to capture and measure uncertainty and variability of these parameters. The maximal covering location problem (MCLP) is then formulated based on the outputs of the BN model. The applicability of the model is illustrated by a real life problem.
