چکیده An ionic liquid is a salt in the liquid state. The little data available on the physicochemical properties of ILs and their fundamental understanding has prevented their further applications in the industry [1]. Thus data of physicochemical properties of ILs is essential in both the theoretical research and industrial applications. In this work, the values of density and speed of sound were measured for the binary mixtures of 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([EMIM][BF4]) and organic solvents DMF and NMF. Then PC-SAFT model was used to correlate the densities of the binary mixtures at the temperature range of 293.15-343.15 K.
