چکیده	This research attempts to introduce internal and external factors effective in the optical quality of materials. It presents two crystal groups in oxides and alkali halides with appropriate optical efficiency. Then, these two groups are compared with each other and common semiconductive crystals and their appropriate efficiency in each spectral area is mentioned. Finally, the factors and alterations which increase their output compared to similar items are presented.
