چکیده	The main objective of this manuscript is to investigate the effects of aesthetics element of urban green space (Legibility Coherence, Complexly, Visual appeal) designing on Sustainable urban regeneration approach of historic core of city. For this purpose, this article explains the city’s historic centre has been declined today. The city has been established with the motto of promoting environmental quality that is called urban regeneration approach .The urban regeneration is a way to resolve the urban problems and to help the changing areas to promote environmental, social, and economical. As one of the goals of sustainable urban regeneration of historic core, aesthetic of urban green space helps people to get to the know the city and gain experience of it and besides other qualities of urban space which lead to environmental preferences, it may cheer up the spaces. The general method used for assessing the aesthetic of Tehran city centre is questionnaire surveys with Likret Scale and evaluating them In SPSS 19. It seems there are significantly different relations between the beauty of the two streets (The regenerated Bab Homayoun St. and the abandoned Imam Khomeini St.)
