Modified nano structure chemical sensors are electrodesystem that is related to putting an indicator on the surface with modifying the surface of electrode with electroactive substances. They have many application such as energy conversion,electrochemical synthesis andmicro electronic devices.[1] .In this project a sensitive sensor based on nano structure of gold particles,polypyrole and magnetic nano composite for determination tyroxine hormone and somatotrophin in the blood of human was investigated.Cyclic and square wave voltametry,Impedence spectroscopy and SEM techniques were used for characterization and electrochemical study of modified electrodes and hormones.
