Excess molar enthalpies of non-electrolyte liquid solution are of considerable importance for mixing or separation processes in the chemical engineering and petroleum industries [1]. Although there have been several accurate experimental methods that have been developed to measure directly the excess molar enthalpies of liquid solutions, but such measurements consume many chemicals and much time. Also, it is difficult to measure excess molar enthalpies for some systems, whose components are very different from each other in their molecular sizes, volatilities and viscosities, especially at a temperature that is close to the boiling point of the more volatile component in a system [2]. Therefore, it is desirable to develop an approach to calculate excess molar enthalpies of mixture from other available thermodynamic properties, e.g. excess molar volume of the same mixture.
