چکیده	Background and Aim: Today, addiction is one of the serious problems of human life. Increasing drug use during last century due to a growing concern for all societies. The purpose of this study is comparison of phobia and aggression in groups exposed to Methadone Maintenance Treatment (MMT) and Drop in Center (DIC) services. Methods: Method of this research was Ex-post facto. Statistical population was persons that refer to center for addiction pass in Hamedan, 2011. Of them, 60 people were selected by convenient sampling (30 people methadone receivers and 30 people DIC services receivers) and answered to SCL-90 test. To analyze the data independent T-test and SPSS software were used. Results: The results demonstrated that there was a significant difference between phobia and aggression in groups exposed to Methadone Maintenance Treatment and Drop in Center services (P<0/05). Also the average of phobia and aggression in group exposed to Methadone Maintenance Treatment was lower than group exposed to Drop in Center services. Conclusion: Therefore, we can say that methadone maintenance treatment is more effective than DIC services and it improves phobia and aggression of clients with addiction.
