The present study aims to identify the relationship between transformational leadership and job involvement in Hamadan primary schools. The research method is descriptive - correlation. The statistical population included all primary schools teachers comprised of number that was 1184 people, and Sample size of 299 subjects was determined based on the Cochran formula. The sampling method done with using of proportional stratified random sampling. The Data collected were used from the two questionnaires with items: Bass and Avolio’s transformational leadership questionnaire (1995), and Kannungo’s job involvement questionnaire (1982). Results showed that the level of managers transformational leadership, and teachers job involvement, is above average surface. Pearson correlation coefficient revealed that there is a significant positive relationship between managers transformational leadership and teachers job involvement. The findings of multiple regression analysis indicated that, factors of inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulation are the most effective ways in predicting job involvement.
