Abstract
|
In this study, the surface of Mg-Al LDHs was functionalized with cross-linked poly triazine-urea-sulfonamide (Poly TUSA) to synthesize a novel heterogeneous support (LDH@TUSA). Afterwards, nickel(II) chloride was added on the prepared support and, we used LDH@TUSA@Ni in order to construct tetrazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidines from the reaction of aldehydes, 2-aminotetrazole, and substituted acetophenones. The superior catalytic activity of LDH@TUSA@Ni is related to the high loading of Ni, and its desirable surface properties. Furthermore, the prepared green heterogeneous catalyst can be recycled and recovered six times without significant loss in the catalytic activity.
