Abstract
|
Marriage is a legally or formally recognized union of two people as partners in a personal relationship. It needs some factors like economic conditions, social, familial and personal qualification to make a marriage an act unique and a union performing capabilities and accomplishing functioning decent. Providing these factors of capability and functioning is indispensable and requires a minimum of marriage age especially for the young girls. Although in recent years the age of marriage has increased, but we can`t overlook the crisis of child marriage because it puts children’s lives at serious risk. This study intends to examine this issue in the last 15 years in Iran.
