Solar electric vehicles (SEVs) and hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) have been widely studied to improve vehicle performance. Automobile manufacturers want to developelectric vehicles (EVs) to replace internal combustion engine vehicles .SEVs are built with three major electrical components, the battery pack, the solar panel, and the electric motor. This paper for control of energy storage interface for solar electric vehicles, between photovoltaic (PV) cell, battery and brushless DC (BLDC) electric motor, proposed a topology, which consist of a novel controller, bidirectional isolated DC-DC converter for battery pack and boost DC-DC converter for the solar system. DC-DC converters are used for energy exchange between each power source and DC bus. For control the flow of energy from the PV panel to the battery and BLDC electric motor, fuzzy management system (FMS) is proposed. With this proposed, the battery can be charged by the array, and both can provide current to the motor. In fact, the vehicle could drive using just solar energy, albeit with limited acceleration capability. The battery provides an energy store for use whenever the solar array isn’t producing enough energy. For this purpose, simulations were made in MATLAM/SIMULINK environment
