Abstract
|
The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between dutifulness and service orientation. To this end, a dutifulness questionnaire and a service orientation questionnaire were administered to 1176 employees of Maskan bank across the country. Structural equation modeling by using Amos21 was used for data analysis. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used to estimate the reliability of the questionnaires. The results of the study indicated that there is an appropriate relationship between dutifulness and service orientation.
