Abstract Abstract The interactions effects between environmental conditions and animal species diversity can lead to the establishment, growth and development of many organisms in an environment. Whatever, information obtained is more from the sources and characteristics of animal species, by using of statistical methods can determine the influencing factors of the presence or absence of species in a manner favorable comment. Therefore, to examine the richness and species diversity in the Kurdistan, Kermanshah and Hamedan provinces were sampled during 2012-2013. In order to, establish of the logical relations and comprehensive analysis of the collected data. In each province, eight sites are selected randomly on the basis a variety of plants cover and environmental conditions. Then, the mites were extracted by Shaking method and Berlese funnel. 6 genera and 22 species of mite were observed. Characteristics were studied including: genus, species, environmental parameters such as sampling location, height above sea level of plants coverage. The statistical analysis by using of SPSS, Ecological Methodology and PC-ORD software are showed, Raphignathus protaspus and Raphignathus hecmatanaensis, by 25 and 22 samples are the richest species respectively. Raphignathus protaspus and Raphignathus hecmatanaensis were most diverse species respectively. There are negative correlation (-0.732), between provinces and elevation above sea level according to canonical analysis. The eigenvalues was obtained 0.94, from the two-way of analysis index species. Also, Eustigmaeus sclptus was determined as index species.
