Research and Technology Week 1404: An Opportunity to Honor Top Research Students and Postdoctoral Researchers in Research and Innovation
Hamedan –On the occasion of Research and Technology Week 1404 (2025), Bu-Ali Sina University has officially initiated the selection process for the Outstanding Research Students and Postdoctoral Researchers of the Year, following an official announcement from the Vice-Presidency for Research and Technology. This call invites all talented students of the university to submit documentation of their scientific and research achievements over the past year and compete for the prestigious title of “Outstanding Research Student.”
Evaluation Responsibilities and Submission Deadline: November 1, 2025
The initial evaluation and selection of top research students in each faculty will be conducted by the respective faculty committees. After thorough assessments and in accordance with the allocated quotas, the faculties will introduce their top candidates to the university for final recognition and commendation.
Important Notes and Submission Process:
Submission Location: Students must submit their research documentation to the Research Deputy Office of their faculty no later than November 1, 2025.
Required Documents: Completed application form, research documentation on a CD, a personal photograph file, student ID card, and a valid certificate of enrollment.
Evaluation Period: Only research activities conducted between September 23, 2024, and September 21, 2025 will be considered. Records outside this time frame will not be reviewed.
