This is to inform you that the final evaluation and scoring process of your research and technological activities for the 2024–1403 period has been completed.
Considering the importance of these scores in the allocation of research grants, the establishment of the scientific breakthrough bonus, promotion, and the selection of the outstanding researcher for this year, we kindly request that you carefully review your research performance record.
Faculty members are required to review and address any potential discrepancies by 19th of Mehr, 1404 (October 11, 2025). After this date, the finalized scores will be submitted for the allocation of the scientific breakthrough bonus, and no further objections or correction requests will be accepted.
Instructions for Accessing Your Record and Important Notes
To view your score (with the applied ceiling), please follow these steps:
Log in to the Research Affairs Management System.
Go to the "Reports" section > "Prepared Reports" > "Research Performance Reports."
Select the "Research Performance Report by Section with Ceiling Applied" and filter for the 1403–2024 period.
(Note: Only research projects marked as "Approved" will be visible in this report.)
Additionally, please pay attention to the following important points:
Correction of Returned Items (1403–2024): Please visit the "My Research" section of your inbox, review the "Returned Items," make the necessary corrections for the 1403–2024 period, and promptly send them to the Faculty Research Council.
Review of Author Contributions (Supervisor): Faculty members who have supervised students at Bu-Ali Sina University, and observe discrepancies in the scoring (such as being listed as the second author), are kindly requested to contact the Research Management Office for review and correction of their scores.
Please note that the research conducted in Persian will be considered from 01/01/1403 to the end of 1403, and research conducted in English will be considered from 01/01/2024 to the end of 2024.
