Hydrogen-rich water, known for its remarkable antioxidant properties, has attracted significant attention due to the antioxidant nature of hydrogen. In this study, we explore the production of Hydrogen-rich Water through electrolysis, a process that involves the breakdown of water molecules into O2 and H2 gases, subsequently allowing the dissolution of H2 into water. The dissolved hydrogen exhibits the capability to reduce hydroxyl radicals, thereby functioning as an effective antioxidant that offers protection to the brain. Additionally, this hydrogenated water demonstrates potential in improving mood disorders and acting as a preventive measure in certain treatments. Moreover, the properties of hydrogenated water extend beyond its antioxidant effects, encompassing its potential in treating obesity, promoting overall bodily well-being, and preventing metabolic syndrome, thereby contributing to enhanced vitality and health. In this work, we present a novel approach for the production of hydrogen-rich water utilizing a miniaturized device. The device incorporates a titanium electrode doped with platinum nanoparticles, while a dialysis bag serves as a membrane. By applying the appropriate voltage, this device achieves high-efficiency production of hydrogen-rich water.
