n 1988, Feit and Seitz [3] studied composition factors of rational groups and determined all possible rational finite simple groups. They prove that such a simple group is isomorphic to PSp6(2) or PΩ+8 (2). The main aim of this talk is to generalise this result to semi-rational groups.
