This study examines the relationship of plateauing in the career path and burnout of staff in health center ministry. Statistical society in this research includes staff of treatment and health ministry of khash city and the studied sample size is 227 individuals .To study career plateauing, Jodis Bardvic’s model has been used and to study burnout of staff, Maslash and Jackson’s model have used. It has been used spearman correlation test for decomposition and analysis of data. It was identified regarding the obtained results of the main hypothesize of research that there is meaningful relationship between rate of plateauing in occupational route and burnout of staff in heath center ministry of khash city. Furthermore, it is identified that there is significant relationship between three variable componets of plateauing ( content structured and life ) and burnout of staff. In the mean while both the rate of plateauing and burnout of staff is higher than medium level
