The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between "5S" and organizational commitment. The statistical population in this study includes 130 employees of Hamedan economic and finance affairs organization. Using Krejcie and Morgan's table to determine the sample size, 97 employees were selected as the statistical sample. The present research is a descriptive survey focusing on correlation relationships. The independent variable intended in this study has been "5S" program and the focus of the study is mainly on the impacts of this variable on the organizational commitment as accounted for by Mowday, Steers and Porter (1979). The results revealed a statistically significant relationship between "5S" program and organizational commitment.
