Abstract Rosaspp., belongs to Rosaceae family, is one of the most popular and beautiful ornamental flowers throughout the world. Being perennial, long flowering period, variety of cultivars are features that has made this plant adorn houses, gardens, and urban green spaces. The cultivars of these cosmopolite plants are cultivatedacross the country. Tetranychus urticae (Tetranychidae) are main arthropoda that both directly and indirectly damage these plants. These mites are spinneret; they hide under the fibers, and work. Mites suck the sap of plants with their acerose styletes which causes the appearance of white small spots on the leaf surface. Then they gradually become brown. Also, severely infectedleaves are wrapped up. Spider mite can discharge 100 cells per minute and they have no role in metabolism anymore.Since mites webs are covered in dust, the infected plants are always dusty. In the study of rose pro-stigmata mite fauna, carried out in four sites of Hamedan province during 2012-2013, shaking method and Berlese funnel were used to extract the specimens. It was found, there is significant difference between number of mites in the summer than in spring and autumn (f= 4.243, P-value=0.007).Therefore, in the beginning of season, it is better to use predatory mites to reduce the number of mites including spider mites. Besides, sprinkle irrigation with enough strong pressure and uniform injection makes the conditions for the mites unfavorable, reduces the amount of dust on the rose surface, and finally minimizesthe need for chemical control
