A robust, fast and simple scheme for calculation of potential integrals that encountered singular terms in time domain integral equation (TDIE) for planar PEC scatterers in free space is presented. In this method singular terms of the potential integrals, like other terms, calculated numerically by selecting some points in the source and observation patches in TD-MoM solver. In fact this method cancelled dealing with the singularity of self-terms. The numerical integration of the potential integrals is almost two times faster than other methods that extracted or cancelled singularity of self-terms. Numerical results illustrate the accuracy and simulation time of the proposed technique.
