In this paper, we give a classi cation of non-simply connected 7-dimensional Riemannian manifolds of constant positive curvature which admit irreducible cohomogeneity- one actions. We characterize the acting groups and describe the orbits. Also their 1st and 2nd homotopy groups have been presented.
