The purpose of this research is to study the efficiency of constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran to establish economic balance and the role of state in this regard. The present research tries to answer this main question; how growth and development mechanism has been included in articles of constitution? And how state has interpreted and executed it? The results indicate that if politicians apply exactly content of constitution and rights of producers are exercised, economic efficiency, justice and development is attainable in Iran.
