I am Lawyer and professor and researcher of international criminal law. I am not going to speak about technical aspects of the seminar’s main discussion. My presentation is about the effects of some political decisions of justice matters regarding terrorist actions. Especially Al-Qaida and its successor, ISIS members which have linked ME and EU States and other similar groups which maybe rise in the future.
