In this study, we use an absorption chiller system with air cooled cooler instead of existing wet cooling system of Mofateh power plant. The heat that power plant condenser is rejecting is handled by evaporator of absorption chiller and lift up to higher temperature where the absorber and condenser of absorption chiller are handled it with air cooler heat exchangers. The generator is fed by steam that is extracted from steam turbine.
