Let A be a Banach algebra and ' be a certain character on it. We show that the first order Hochschild cohomology group H^1(A,C_{\phi}) = 0 and the second one i.e. H^2(A,C_{\phi}) is Hausdorff. We apply our results to a Banach algebra A related to locally compact group.
