In this research work we investigate the quantum correlation of N-qubit symmetric systems in Dicke state $|N,M>$. The Dicke states are eigen-function of $S^{2}$ and $S_{z}$. The $S^{2}$ and $S_{z}$ are collective operators of system. Due to the symmetry, the state of system under the exchange of any two-qubit is not change. Then we choose an arbitrary two-qubits and represent the density matrix of them in terms of collective operators of system. We compute the measures Concurrence and Negativity for two-qubit in terms of parameters $N$ and $M$ system.
