The use of nanoparticles coated with a molecular template polymer increases selectivity and sensitivity due to the templates it has for tramadol. Also, the use of microfluidic chip makes the amount of material used to be greatly reduced, the wastage of material is reduced, and the measurement can be done on a small scale. The obtained results showed that the peak oxidation current of tramadol has a good linear relationship with tramadol concentration. The linear range was from 0.004 to 15 μM and the limit was detected. This miniaturized sensor has selectivity and high sensitivity, and it is easy to use, fast, reasonable price, and takes up little space. For the reasons mentioned, this miniaturized sensor can be used in laboratories.
